- Establishing the legal relationship of contractor and employees;
- Identify what checks should be undertaken prior to engagement;
- Identify the standards required;
- Identify the use of questionnaires to establish the good practice of contractors, sub-contractors or suppliers of services;
- Preparation for dealing with returned questionnaires and non-returns.
