This Course merges content from the half-day Working at Height, Ladder & Stepladder and Harness Safety training sessions:

• The Working at Height section is designed to provide candidates with the knowledge to work safely at height.
• The Ladder and Stepladder Safety section will enable attendees to safely select, use and inspect ladders & stepladders for a variety of tasks.
• The Harness Safety element is designed to provide candidates with the knowledge to work safely at height, while also covering the correct uses of safety harnesses.

The Ladder and Stepladder Safety training section will enable attendees to safely select, use and inspect ladders & stepladders for a variety of tasks.

The Working at Height section is designed to provide candidates with the knowledge to work safely at height.

This 1-day ECITB accredited course is designed to allow candidates to understand and explain working at height, to demonstrate safe working at height practices and to ensure completion of necessary actions after working at height.

Pre-requisites: Candidates must be in possession of a standard CCNSG safety passport which is in date to complete this test-only renewal.  Proof of qualification must be emailed to [email protected] before attending.

The CCNSG Test-Only renewal option is suitable for those who have continually maintained and demonstrated their knowledge in a practical setting since achieving the Safety Passport qualification.

The purpose of undergoing a face fit test is to check the fit and effectiveness of the half-face and disposable face mask you are using as a personal protective measure.

Requirements for successful testing:

1. You must be cleanly shaven, a wet shave with no visible hair.

2. You must refrain from eating, drinking or chewing gum for 15 minutes prior to the test.

3. You must refrain from smoking for 1 hour prior to the test.

4. You must bring the face piece normally worn.
